After an early breakfast, your guide/driver from Kyooma Safaris will pick you up to begin your journey to Murchison Falls National Park. On the way, you’ll stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to track the surviving white rhinos. After this unique experience, continue to the park, where you will visit the top of the falls. Enjoy a hike down and up the falls before heading to your lodge for check-in.
Start the day with an exhilarating game drive through Murchison Falls National Park. Here, you’ll have the chance to encounter the “Big Five” and other wildlife species. As you traverse the park’s expansive savannah and woodlands, look out for elephants, lions, leopards, buffaloes, and rhinos.
Later in the day, prepare for a boat cruise along the River Nile. You’ll witness the magnificent Murchison Falls and encounter wildlife such as hippos, Nile crocodiles, and various bird species. This cruise offers an excellent opportunity to observe the animals that gather along the riverbanks.
After breakfast, check out of your lodge and drive to Kibale Forest National Park. Enjoy scenic views of the Albertine Escarpment as you pass through on your way to the park.
Begin the day with a pre-tracking briefing at the park headquarters before heading into Kibale Forest for chimpanzee tracking. Guided by experienced rangers, you’ll search for chimpanzees in their natural habitat. As you trek through the forest, listen for their distinctive calls and watch them swing through the treetops. The experience is thrilling and offers a rare glimpse into the lives of these intelligent primates.
Start your morning with a game drive through the Kasenyi Plains of Queen Elizabeth National Park. You’ll have the chance to spot elephants, lions, leopards, buffaloes, and a variety of bird species.
In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, which connects Lake George and Lake Edward. The cruise provides excellent views of hippos, crocodiles, and an array of birdlife such as African fish eagles and kingfishers.
Drive through Queen Elizabeth National Park to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, making a stop at the Ishasha sector to see the famous tree-climbing lions. Arrive at Bwindi in the evening and check into your lodge.
Embark on an unforgettable gorilla trekking experience in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Trek through the lush forest as you search for mountain gorillas. Once you find them, you’ll have the rare opportunity to observe their behavior and interactions up close.
After the trek, enjoy a cultural walk to interact with the local communities. Learn about their traditions, customs, and way of life, enriching your understanding of the region.
After breakfast, begin your journey back to Entebbe. Stop at Igongo Cultural Centre for lunch, where you can enjoy traditional dishes from the “land of milk and honey.” Continue your journey with a stop at the equator, where you can buy crafts and experience this unique landmark. Finally, head to Entebbe Airport for your flight home.
