4-Day Luxury Gorilla & Golden Monkey Trek
Overview
This tour starts from Kigali international airport or any other place within Kigali and ends in Kigali. This tour can be customized to fit your needs such as adding days or extra activities to the itinerary. This tour gives a chance to people who would like to interact with Mountain gorillas in their natural habitats and those looking for relaxation place after gorilla tracking activity. Please note that gorilla permits are very limited, and therefore early booking is highly advised.
Day 1
Transfer from Entebbe international Airport to Mgahinga National Park
You’ll arrive at Entebbe International Airport and meet your guide for a briefing on your safari itinerary. Then, you will head to Mgahinga National Park for dinner and an overnight lodge stay, starting your thrilling adventure in Uganda’s stunning landscapes.
You will have a stopover on the way for a lunch break

Day 2
Gorilla Trekking in Mgahinga Gorilla National Park
You’ll start the day with breakfast. Then, you will head to Mgahinga National Park headquarters for a briefing on gorilla trekking guidelines. You’ll embark on a thrilling forest trek to track mountain gorillas in their natural habitat. You’ll spend an hour observing these majestic creatures up close, gaining insight into their behavior and social dynamics. After the trek, you will return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation. You’ll enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 3
Golden Monkey Trekking and Batwa Cultural Experience
You’ll start the day with breakfast. Then, you’ll head to the park headquarters for a briefing on tracking golden monkeys. You’ll explore the lush forest, home to diverse primates and birds. After the trek, you will return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation. Later, you’ll engage with the local community on the Batwa cultural experience, gaining insight into their daily lives and traditions. You’ll return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4
Transfer back Entebbe International Airport
You’ll enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Then, you’ll depart for Entebbe on a scenic drive. You’ll take in breathtaking landscapes and have a stopover along the way for a lunch break. Later on, you’ll proceed with your journey to Kampala. You’ll arrive at the airport, concluding our unforgettable safari adventure. Thank you for choosing us.
