Detailed itinerary;

Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe, Uganda

Arrive at Entebbe International Airport, where you will be met by your guide and transferred to your hotel. Take time to relax and enjoy the calm shores of Lake Victoria as you prepare for the adventure ahead.

Day 2: Entebbe – Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary – Murchison Falls National Park

Journey north with a stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to track rhinos on foot. Continue to Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest park, where the Nile explodes through a narrow gorge to create the world’s most powerful waterfall.

Day 3: Game Drive & Nile Cruise – Murchison Falls

Enjoy a morning game drive on the northern bank of the Nile in search of elephants, giraffes, lions, and Uganda kob. In the afternoon, take a boat safari along the Nile to the base of the falls, passing hippos, crocodiles, and abundant birdlife. Later, hike to the top of Murchison Falls for spectacular views.

Day 4: Murchison Falls – Kibale National Park

Drive south through the beautiful countryside, past tea plantations and crater lakes, to Kibale National Park, renowned for its diverse primate population. Overnight near the forest.

Day 5: Chimpanzee Tracking – Kibale Forest

After an early briefing, venture into Kibale Forest for chimpanzee tracking. Listen to their calls, watch them swing through the trees, and observe them closely for an hour. In the afternoon, explore Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, home to birds and monkeys.

Day 6: Kibale – Queen Elizabeth National Park

Travel to Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda’s most diverse reserve. In the evening, enjoy a game drive through the Kasenyi plains, spotting lions, elephants, and buffalo.

Day 7: Game Drive & Kazinga Channel Cruise – Queen Elizabeth

Day 8: Queen Elizabeth – Lake Mburo National Park

Day 9: Lake Mburo – Bwindi Impenetrable Forest via Kabale

Day 10: Gorilla Trekking – Bwindi Forest

The day begins with a briefing before your once-in-a-lifetime gorilla trekking adventure. Hike through dense rainforest until you find a gorilla family, then spend an unforgettable hour observing them in their natural home. In the evening, visit the Batwa community for cultural insights.

Day 11: Bwindi – Lake Bunyonyi

After the trek, unwind at the tranquil Lake Bunyonyi. Take a canoe ride between its 29 islands, enjoy birdwatching, or simply relax along its shores.

Day 12: Lake Bunyonyi – Volcanoes National Park (Rwanda)
