Gorilla Trekking & Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi

Morning

• Gorilla Trekking: Begin the day with an early breakfast before heading to the park headquarters. After a briefing on gorilla trekking protocols, venture into the dense rainforest to track a habituated gorilla family.
  • The trek duration ranges from 2–8 hours, depending on the gorillas' movements.
  • Upon finding the gorillas, spend a magical hour observing their behavior, capturing photos, and appreciating their natural habitat.

Afternoon

• Lunch & Rest: Return to your lodge for a hearty lunch and some relaxation.
• Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi: Depart for Lake Bunyonyi, a peaceful retreat known for its 29 islands and tranquil waters.

Evening

• Lakeside Relaxation: Enjoy the serene environment, or opt for a short canoe ride to explore the lake.
