This tour starts from Kigali international airport or any other place within Kigali and ends in Kigali. This tour can be customized to fit your needs such as adding days or extra activities to the itinerary. Day 1: Transfer from kigali to Bwindi
The guide will not only welcome you but also pick you up from Kigali, thereafter give you a general briefing about the entire trip and start off the journey to Uganda.
You shall cross border at Katuna and enter Uganda.
Later on, transfer to Bwindi impenetrable National Park and check in at the lodge.
Relaxation

Day 2: Gorilla tracking and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
Morning:
• Gorilla Trekking: After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing on gorilla trekking protocols. Then, embark on an exhilarating trek through the dense forest in search of a habituated mountain gorilla family. The trek can take anywhere from a few hours to most of the day, depending on the gorillas’ movements. Once you find them, you will spend up to an hour observing these majestic creatures.
• Afternoon:
• Lunch and Rest: After the trek, return to your lodge for a well-deserved lunch and rest.
• Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi: Later in the afternoon, transfer to the beautiful Lake Bunyonyi, known for its stunning views and numerous islands.
Evening:
• Relaxation: Unwind by the lakeside while you enjoy the serene environment, or opt for a short canoe ride on the lake.

Day 3: Boat cruise and transfer back to Kigali
Morning:
Lake Exploration: After breakfast, explore Lake Bunyonyi with a guided boat tour while visiting some of the famous islands such as Akampene (Punishment Island) and additionally learn about the history and culture of the local communities.
Afternoon:
• Return Journey: Begin your journey back to Kigali.Drop off at Kigali International Airport.
