Day 1: Transfer from Entebbe to Murchison Falls National Park 

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you’ll be warmly welcomed by Kyooma Gorilla Safaris. Begin your scenic drive to Murchison Falls National Park, a journey that takes around 5–6 hours. Along the way, enjoy the charming Ugandan countryside and rural communities. Upon reaching the park, check into your lodge and settle in. In the late afternoon, embark on an exciting game drive, where you may spot elephants, lions, giraffes, and various antelope species. Later, enjoy a boat safari along the Nile River, leading to the base of the majestic Murchison Falls. Marvel at the roaring waters as they force through a narrow gorge. Keep an eye out for hippos, crocodiles, and diverse birdlife. End the day with dinner and an overnight stay at your lodge.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive and Chimp Trekking in Budongo Forest

Start your day with an early morning game drive accompanied by an experienced guide. Day 4: Chimpanzee Trekking and Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Day 7: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

This is the highly anticipated day! After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a gorilla trekking briefing. You’ll be assigned a gorilla family group and set out with experienced guides and trackers. The trek can take anywhere from 2 to 6 hours, depending on the location of the gorillas. Upon encountering these magnificent creatures, you’ll spend an hour observing them in their natural habitat. Afterward, return to the lodge for relaxation. In the evening, consider a community walk or visit the Batwa Pygmy community to learn about their traditional way of life.

Day 8: Transfer to Lake Mburo and Afternoon Boat Cruise
